Free Lift tickets, Rentals, Meals & even a Season Pass!

Coordinators

As the brains and brawn behind the plan, the main trip coordinator can enjoy the following perks...

• A Free Season's Pass; when you book a group of 20 or more for one of our Multi-Day Programs. (5 or 8 day)

• Complimentary Lift Ticket; for your use the day of your group visit

• Free Rentals; for your use on the day of your group visit.

• Lunch on us! A $10 lunch voucher will be provided for your use at any of Hemlock's Food & Beverage outlets...

Chaperones

• Free Lift Ticket; 

  A complimentary lift ticket will be provided to each teacher or adult chaperone accompanying the group for use on the day of the trip. The passes are offered at a 10:1 ratio. (1 adult per 10 students participating in the ski or board program.) Any additional adult day lift tickets can be purchased at the group rates.

   

• Free Rentals;

  Will also be provided for use on the day of the trip based on the same conditions and ratios as described above. These rentals must be booked in advance.

 

Coordinator Appreciation Day

All of our group coordinators will be invited to Hemlock's Coordinator Appreciation Day that takes place in March over Spring Break. The day is inclusive of your lift ticket, lessons, rentals as needed & a complimentary après event on our deck at the end of the day. 2 coordinators per group are welcome to attend, chaperones that were attending the trip and any additional guests can enjoy our special group rates for the day!
