- April 2nd Update

GAME ON!

It appeared as though the season was slowly coming to an end... Then BAM! Over 100cm of fresh snow! The park has been stripped down and built up into a jump line for this last weekend. We've finally got the snow for what everyone's been asking for so come out, rip up the powder and catch some air before the season is done. If you're looking for some smaller jumps head over to the gully park on skiers right of the park and tune in those airs.

 

The Rockstar Rail Jam Series sponsored by Cheam Source for Sports has come to an end. The final Jam on March 20th was a sunny blast of new features and fancy tricks. Some new faces came out and threw down, taking home the top spots for that Jam.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Colin took home first place with some solid 270s on to the down rail, frontside slides and some styled nosepresses on the Rainbow rail.

 

 

 

 Big thanks to Nitro and the Party Snake boys who were there dishing out hotdogs to all the hungry park riders. Heres one of the crew on the down-launch box.

 

 With all of the results from the day added up it was time to figure out who would be taking home the series prizes from Cheam sports.

 

 

 

 

 In third place was Keegan Seeburger who came out to all three Jams and caught our eye each time. Switch tricks, butters and bright tye dye added up to nice some swag to take home, including a Burton Jacket.

 

 

 

 

  Taking Second place was Connor Brown who racked up enough points to edge out Keegan in the finals. Connor has been sharpening his skills at Hemlock for years and now has a fresh set of Forum bindings to do it with.

 

 

 

 

 

First place went to Cory Vallee! Cory stomped backflip 180s to win the First Jam, absoloutly slayed the second jam, then threw down some tweaked out grinds in the final jam to get him the points to win it all. Enjoy the new Burton Dominant from Cheam Sports!
