Can you ride or ski the height of Everest?

The Canadian Cancer Society is launching a new event at Hemlock Resort this winter!
Slopes For Slopes for Hope is an “Everest-style” ski-a-thon in which participants attempt to ski or board the vertical of Mount Everest in one day at Hemlock Resort. Participants can sign up as individuals for a personal challenge, or in teams and split the distance between team members. Come up with a team name, wear costumes, and challenge your friends!
There will be après-event entertainment and prizes awarded at the end of the day.
We ask that participants do some fundraising in advance to support the Canadian Cancer Society. Thanks to the generosity of Hemlock Resort, all participants who raise $100 or more will be entitled to a lift ticket for the day of the event.
Funds raised through the event will help the Canadian Cancer Society fund cancer research, cancer prevention initiatives, and support programs. To learn more about what the Canadian Cancer Society does in your community and the services they provide go to www.cancer.ca!
